Your agreement with Bellaz

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE COMPRISE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Bellaz.  PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) COMPLETELY BEFORE YOU CONTINUE USING THIS WEBSITE OR PLACE ANY ORDERS.  CLICKING ON THE SUBMIT BUTTON ON OUR SHOPPING CART CHECKOUT PAGE STIPULATES AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, CLICK THE CANCEL BUTTON TO DECLINE THIS AGREEMENT, AND DISCONTINUE USING BELLAZ WEB SITE.

Bellaz is owned and operated by Bella Lighting, LLC.  All content on every page including, but not restricted to, text, graphics and software (“Content”) is under the ownership of Bella Lighting, LLC, its licensors and its providers.  All lamps, fixtures and accessories are copyrighted by their respective manufacturers.

Easy Return Policy

For most products we will refund you within 30 days if you are not satisfied.  We will be more then happy to help you find something that will 100 percent satisfy you.  There is no restocking fee, no hassles. 

Here are some exceptions 

All clearance items sales are final with no return.  We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges of non damaged items after 30 days of sale.  Return items must be in new and unused condition.  Defective items will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of sale unless manufacture has specified an extended warranty posted on merchandise.  Shipping charges will not be refunded on non defective items.  If you are ordering large quantities of an item, we encourge you to order a sample first to make sure it is what you like.  Returning items totaling more than $2000.00 will have a 25 percent restocking fee.  Please make sure you return items in their orginal packaging, we must receive your return within 30 days of you receiving your order.  Special/Custom order items are non- refundable.  

If you decide to exchange an item that was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.  You must call us or email us for your RGA number.

Some manufactures charge a restocking fee.  Please email staff@bellaz.com for a particular manufacturer's return policy.

Warranties

Bellaz makes no representations or warranties express or implied, concerning the items it distributes, including without limitation any warranties of fitness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.  Buyer’s sole recourse concerning product defect claims is to make a claim to the manufacture of the item.  Buyer waives any and all claims for product defects against Bellaz.  In no event shall Bellaz be responsible for special or consequential damages.

Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies

Bellaz make every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product discription information on our website.   On occasion pricing or product may be inaccurate.  In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order.  A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped.  In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product back and provide a customer a refund.

Email

We do not share any information that is provided to us, including your email and or mailing addresses, with any company outside Bellaz, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or necessary payment processors.
