TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
These terms and conditions of use comprise a legal agreement between you and Bellaz. Please read through this agreement completely before you continue to use the website or place any orders. Clicking on the Submit button in our shopping cart Checkout page stipulates agreement to the following terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, discontinue using the Bellaz website.
Bellaz is owned and operated by Bella Lighting, LLC. All content on every page including, but not restricted to, text, graphics and software (“Content”) is under the ownership of Bella Lighting, LLC, its licensors and its providers. All lamps, fixtures and accessories are copyrighted by their respective manufacturers. “Bellaz” and the Bellaz logo are trademarks of Bella Lighting, LLC.
Bellaz easy return policy Most products are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days of receipt. We are committed to your satisfaction and will be more then happy to help you find something that will 100 percent satisfy you. There is no restocking fee and no hassles with most Bellaz product returns.
Here are some exceptions to and details about this policy:
-All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Contact us by telephone or email to request your RGA number.
-All clearance items sales are final with no return privileges.
-We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges of non-damaged items after 30 days of sale.
-Returned items must be in new and unused condition. -Defective items will be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of sale unless the manufacturer has specified an extended warranty posted on merchandise.
-Shipping charges will not be refunded on non-defective items.
-If your return totals more than $2,000, a 25 percent restocking fee will apply. To avoid this restocking fee, we encourge you to first order one sample of any item you wish to purchase in multiple quantity to make sure it is what you like.
-Please make sure you return items in their orginal packaging.
-Your return must be received within 30 days of when you first received the shipment from Bellaz.
-Special/Custom order items are non-refundable.
-If you decide to exchange an item that was part of our free shipping promotion, our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
-Some manufacturers charge a restocking fee. Please email staff@bellaz.com to inquire about a particular manufacturer's return policy.
Warranties
Bellaz makes no representations or warranties express or implied, concerning the items it distributes, including without limitation any warranties of fitness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Buyer’s sole recourse concerning product defect claims is to make a claim to the manufacturer of the item. Buyer waives any and all claims for product defects against Bellaz. In no event shall Bellaz be responsible for special or consequential damages.
Pricing or product description discrepancies Bellaz make every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product discription information on our website. On occasion, pricing or product may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer a refund.
Your email address
We do not share any information that is provided to us, including your email and or mailing addresses, with any company outside Bellaz, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or necessary payment processors.
