Can I receive a sample color? With most manufactures you are able to receive samples however, some of the manufactures do not have a actual color sample. In this case there is usually a paper sample of the color. When will I know when I will receive my products? Your customer services representative will notify you within 24 to 48 hours unless the manufacture is unable to retrieve information and or is closed due to a holiday or inventory. Can I ordered an item as a gift and send it direct to a different location? Yes, as long as the ship-to address is located in the lower 48 states (excludes Hawaii & Alaska). Is my credit card secure?
